Manage your conferencing accountNavigata’s Automated Reservationless Service allows you to hold a conference whenever you need to, and you never need to make a reservation.

How it works

To start a conference, the chairperson and participants simply dial the toll free or local conferencing number and enter a 7-digit Access Code. For added security, the Chairperson enters a Chairperson Pass Code. Simple touch-tone commands enable the chairperson and participants to manage the conference themselves.

Existing conferencing customers may access their service by dialing 1-866-381-5656 or 416-204-6263 and entering their pass code(s).

Reserved Services

Operator-Assisted Dial-Out

You provide a list of up to 10 participants and their telephone numbers. Our operators call and join the participants to the conference. Participants listen to music while on hold until all participants have been added to the conference. A reservation is required at least three business days in advance.

How it works

Make a reservation at least three business days in advance. For a dial out call, we require a participant list with telephone numbers. A set of codes and dial in numbers are confirmed and valid only for the specific call.

Event Conference Calls

With Navigata Event Conference calls, a professionally trained conference operator will stay on line for the duration of your meeting to ensure the provisioning of all the services needed for a high-quality successful event. There are two types of event calls, dial-in and operator dial out.
