Navigata e-Bill
The wherever, whenever way to view your bill online.
Navigata e-Bill is a free service that helps you go green and view your bill online - safely and securely. When you sign up for e-Bill you'll receive an email notification when your bill is ready for viewing. Just follow the link, enter your username and password, and view your current bill. You can also view, print and download call details from the last five billing periods.
It's easy, it's fast, and it's paperless.
Navigata e-Bill is a great way to:

Want to track multiple accounts in one place? E-bill also lets you assign multiple accounts under one username and password for added convenience.

How do I sign up for e-Bill?
Click on the link above 'Register for e-Bill'.
- To enroll your Navigata e-Bill account, you will need your last paper bill. For security purposes you will need to enter the amount of that bill.
- You will be asked for your e-mail address, so we can send you a reminder when your bill is ready for viewing.
- You will also be asked to select a User ID (e.g. johns), and a password to give you access to the service.
- After you sign up, you may use your User ID in combination with your password to login to Navigata e-Bill.
Please Note: - If you select "Remember my User ID" before clicking 'Login', the next time you go to the login page your User ID will automatically be entered. This function does not remember passwords.
- After twenty minutes of inactivity, your browser will return you to the login screen.

When enrolling, which 'Group' should I select?
If you are a residential customer with Navigata please select 'Residential Household'. If you are a business customer please select the industry of your business (e.g. a restaurant owner/manager would select 'Food Beverage').

Can I change my password?
You can change your password at any time by going to the login page and clicking on the link 'Change Your Password'.

I forgot my User ID. What should I do?
If you can't remember your User ID please call a Customer Care representative at 1-877-477-5266.

I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you can't remember your password go to the login page and click on the link 'Forgot Password?'. This will take you to a page that will require you to submit your User ID. When you have typed your User ID into the specified box, click the email button and Navigata will email you your password.

How can I print my e-Bill?
To print your e-Bill, click on 'Print' at the top right hand corner of your e-Bill page. This will print a version that is specially formatted for printing, as opposed to using the print menu on your browser.

How will I know when my bill is ready to be viewed?
You will receive e-mail notification from connections@navigata.ca when your e-Bill is ready for viewing.

Can I pay my bill online?
Navigata does not currently offer this service; however, you can pay your bill via our convenient Automatic Payment Plan or via Internet banking.

What do I gain from adding more accounts?
This will allow you to consolidate all of your Navigata accounts. If you currently receive multiple bills, you can have them all directed to one e-bill account. This means that whether you have one or many accounts with Navigata Communications, they will be delivered to one location.

How do I add accounts?
Go to the home page and click on the link 'My Accounts'. From there you will be able to add accounts simply by entering the account number.
