Navigata to Deploy CHR Solutions' BSS/OSS Software Solution

CHR Solutions, Inc. today announced that Navigata Communications 2009 Inc. will deploy CHR's Martin OMNIATM and OASIS - an end-to-end BSS/OSS solution for integrated, real-time customer care; self-care; facilities management and order management. This solution will support Navigata's plans to offer next-generation CLEC services to small- and mid-sized businesses in western Canada, and allow them to migrate their legacy applications into a single system.

CHR's BSS/OSS solution supports Navigata's broad range of communications services, including local and long distance service, broadband Internet access, data networking solutions, managed security and server co-location services. "The CHR suite of software offerings will help us streamline our back-office operations and improve on delivery intervals to our customers," said J. Owen Gilbert, senior vice president of sales, marketing and customer service at Navigata. "This fully-integrated system will enable us to provide an enhanced customer experience as we prepare to enter the CLEC market in Canada beginning with our launch in Vancouver."

CHR's BSS/OSS solution provides Navigata with a single, unified platform from order entry and management to service delivery and end-user billing. In addition, Navigata will be able to use the solution to introduce new services to customers using web self-care and self-provisioning technologies. The solution provides the framework to significantly automate processes, supply critical information, and streamline the tracking and maintenance of the entire network.
